With over 18 years of expertise in providing high-level accounting, audit, and advisory services, she has built a distinguished career within Ernst & Young (EY) in Tanzania and South Africa.
During her tenure at EY, Ms. Njunwas progressed through multiple leadership roles, culminating in her promotion to Associate Director in 2017. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Manager at EY South Africa from 2013 to 2015, where she led complex engagements and supported diverse multinational and local clients. Her professional portfolio spans a broad spectrum of sectors, including non-profit organisations, financial services, oil and gas, and construction.
